Features
– Ready to use, assembled fastener for through fixing
– Medium duty anchor
– Intergral nut and washer ( flanged nut )
– No special setting tools required
– Use in concrete, brick, block
– Long expansion sleeve
Materials:
– Carbon steel, zinc plated
– Grade 304 stainless steel
Setting Procedure
Drill hole to correct diameter and depth
Use the blow-out pump to clean hole
Tap the anchor through the fixture into drilled hole
Tighten to required torque
Caution:
– Oversized holes will make it difficult to set the anchor and will reduce the anchor’s load capacity.
– Do not over tighten the anchor, especially 6.5 & 8mm sizes.
